To Get started with Double J Transport, the following items are needed:

- Signed contract - non binding

- Your MC Authority

- W-9

- Copy of Insurance

These items are needed to properly book your loads. This allows us to complete all broker packets when you get a load with new brokers. Our goal is to Lighten the Load for you so you can focus on the road!
